Job Description
Working as a Service Advisor at Peter Boulware Toyota of Columbia you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service.
You will listen to their concerns assess the vehicles needs and communicate this information to the service team.
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Provide accurate estimates and repair timelines
- Communicate necessary repairs and services to customers
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
- Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Previous experience in automotive service or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
