Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and
implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. In this critical role you will be
responsible for architecting cuttingedge systems providing technical guidance and ensuring that
ServiceNow solutions align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions including custom applications and
integrations that meet client needs and industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with clients and crossfunctional teams to gather and understand business
requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful
of ServiceNow projects.
Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation.
Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations offering
recommendations for improvements.
Ensure the security scalability and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum of seven years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions including custom
applications and integrations.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist
(CIS) certifications are highly preferred.
Strong understanding of JavaScript HTML CSS and ServiceNow scripting languages.
Exceptional problemsolving and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and guide teams.
Strong clientfacing and consulting skills.
