Join our team as a Aftermarket Industrial Service Leader and you will step into a transformative role where strategy meets innovation. Were seeking a skilled and visionary Service Product Manager to lead the creation of a new division dedicated to turbocharger parts and services across the marine power generation and mining sectors globally.
What Youll Do
Define Customer Targets & Value Proposition: develop customer segmentation including service needs and define the respective service value proposition for each segment.
Strategic & Business Leadership: Design and implement a comprehensive service business model and gotomarket strategies including the development of a profitable business case.
Innovation: Build a robust service portfolio including maintenance repair overhaul solutions and parts supply.
Develop Global Service Footprint: define service standards and collaborate with worldclass service providers to ensure consistent highquality delivery worldwide.
Operational Excellence: Define service standards training programs and compliance frameworks.
CRM & FSM Setup: Define CRM and FSM business requirements and collaborate with IT for the implementation of the new system
Customer Centricity: Drive customer satisfaction manage feedback and expand opportunities for crossselling and upselling.
Marketing Strategy: define Marketing plans for value proposition activation
Develop Service Organization: Build and lead a highperforming team capable of driving the divisions success
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree a must (preferably engineering)
MBA is preferred
Minimum 10 years experience in service product management with a strong focus on industrial or technical products.
A proven leader with expertise in strategic planning and project .
Exceptional technical expertise and strong business acumen with a talent for aligning crossfunctional goals.
A creative problemsolver who thrives on building innovative systems from the ground up.
Full-Time
