We are seeking a confident proactive and goaloriented Telecaller to join our company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our sales by engaging with prospective clients providing information about our real estate projects and setting up site visits.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about ongoing real estate projects and services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular followups.
- Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate real estate options.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls inquiries and feedback.
- Achieve monthly call targets and followup goals.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions promptly.
Candidate Profile
- 34 years of experience in telecalling preferably in the real estate sector.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to persuade and convince potential clients.
