Position: HRDTalent Acquisition Recruiter
Experience: Recruitment experience for minimum 6 months to 1year
What Youll Do:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitmentstrategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including social media and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills experience and cultural fit.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
What Were Looking For:
- MBA / Business Graduates with internship experience into recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
