Job Description
Context:
Join our Commercial Operations department as an intern and become a vital part of the CRM & OmniContact team. You will be responsible for testing and rolling out new or improved applications and tools as well as supporting our sales representatives in case of issues.
Your job will involve:
- Assist in the administration and troubleshooting of internal tools and systems used by our Sales Reps in the field.
- Provide support for system updates configurations and integrations.
- Work closely with BPT and other departments to ensure seamless operation of tools.
- Document processes create user guides.
- Analyze system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Help automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows where possible.
- Support users by resolving issues and responding to systemrelated queries.
Profile:
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and motivated with a solutionoriented mindset.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with BPT tools is a plus.
- Languages: Proficiency in Dutch or French (both written and spoken). Very good knowledge of English.
