As a Sales Chat Representative youll engage with customers guiding them through a seamless sales experience. Heres what your day will look like:

- Leverage your skills to recommend solutions making the most of every opportunity to crosssell and upsell.
- Accurately process orders while ensuring a hasslefree experience.
- Provide a consistently amazing customer journey with every interaction!
Requirements
- 1 year of sales experience is required.
- Experience in hospitality or call centers is a bonus yet enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what really matter.
- Excellent communication and writing skills are a mustlet your personality shine!
- Youre comfortable with tech including typing navigating multiple tabs and leveraging different systems.
- Problemsolving excites you and you take pride in creating great customer experiences.
- High energy and a dynamic personality will help you succeed in this fastpaced environment.
- Multitasking prioritizing and effective time management are right up your alley.
- A strong phone presence with experience in engaging customers is an advantage!
