Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- Check guests in ensuring proper credit is received special requests are noted and fulfilled and accurate information is established
- You will assist guests with sending and receiving faxes packages and mail

- As needed fulfill all job responsibilities expected of Shuttle Driver and ConciergeAttendant
- Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner assisting other departments with necessary information
Work Performed:
TheBartender will be tasked with the following duties responsibilities and assignments:
- Provideexceptional service to guests by promptly welcoming and courteously servingguests;
- Dispensealcoholic beverages and control service to ensure accordance with liquor laws and company policies andregulations;
- Ensurecleanlinessand sanitationof thebar;
- Perform side duties such as cleaning garnish preparation miscellaneous preparation stockingetc.;
- Ensureall alcohol is removed from counters and tables prior to closingtime;
- Completeopening and closingduties;
- AdheretoHealth Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation so that guests and employees will not be in risk of crosscontamination.
- Keep compartment sink side boards and refrigerators(and its contents)clean and sanitizedbydatingand rotatingfoodon a dailybasis;
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures including reporting accidentsinjuriesand unsafe work conditions to management; and
- Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Qualifications:
Required Prior Experience:
Two(2 yearsof prior server experience
At leastone yearlead and/or supervisory experience
Preferred Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Licenses/ Certification:
Food Safety Trainingcertifiedor become certified within first 60 days of employment.
Alcohol Awareness certifiedor become certified within first 60 days of employment
Physical:
Able to lift50lbsoccasionally
Ableto bend and squatrepeatedly;
Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift
Other:
Meet state minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages
Ability to read and comprehend instructions both written and oral
Flexible towork dayshifts early mornings eveningsnightsweekends and holidays
