Job Description

Franklin West Supervisory Union is seeking a Director of Facilities for our schools in Fairfax Fletcher and Georgia.Summary of Position Responsibilities: To administer direct and maintain the operations of schools within the Franklin West Supervisory Union so as to provide healthy clean and efficient facilities and grounds within available resources. Acts as advisor to superintendent and school board(s) on all matters relating to buildings grounds equipment health safety and related budgets. To provide management oversight direction supervision and planning for all school facilities maintenance and custodial programs/services throughout the Franklin West Supervisory Union.The ideal candidate will be collaborative and able to work independently flexible and able to meet deadlines experienced and eager to learn.Complete job description available upon request.
