*About the Team*:
Obsidian Security is seeking a skilled product manager to drive theSaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) product. You will help customers solve fastgrowing SaaS security problems by developing and executing a strategic roadmap collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions and working with product marketing management (PMM) to drive impactful gotomarket strategies. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of SaaS security and contributing to Obsidians mission to protect organizations from emerging threats.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct extensive market research to understand customer pain points emerging trends and the competitive landscape in SaaS security with a focus on identity and data security.
- Develop a compelling product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the companys mission to secure SaaS environments.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create usercentric product solutions that prioritize usability and security outcomes.
- Engage with customers partners and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product concepts.
- Act as a product evangelist effectively communicating the value proposition to customers partners and internal teams.
*Minimum Qualifications:*
- 68 years of product management experience in the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of security architecture and security control.
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data insights and market trends to inform product decisions strategically.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fastmoving environment.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Handson experience in identity security access management or data governance.
- Prior experience in an enterprise security team with a strong understanding of enterprise security needs workflows and key stakeholders.
- Experience bringing security products to market including gotomarket strategy and customer engagement.
Pay Transparancy
Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as well as the knowledge skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is eligible for equity awards and may be eligible for incentive compensation based on factors such as experience skills and location.

$181000 $233000 USD
