Job Description

Mission Grammar School is seeking dedicated dynamic and diverse educators to join its team and community for the 202425 school year. MG champions affirm and celebrate the unique gifts of every scholar while challenging growth with high expectations and responsive support. We seek to create a community where educators continue to grow in their practice through collaboration and professional development ensuring transformational outcomes for scholars. Responsibilities:Create and foster a positive safe and inclusive learning environment Ensure scholars are supported valued and challenged every day Use high quality curricular resources to design and implement lesson plans unit plans and assessments Use best practices to differentiate instruction and leverage all necessary resources to ensure all scholars meet growth and achievement goals Regularly analyze student work and academic data to modify lessons refine curricula and inform instructional practiceMaintain accurate student grades/records and strong lines of communication with students and families regularly regarding students growth and progressParticipate in schoolwide and individual professional development and collaboration opportunities engage in coaching sessions and dynamic feedback loops Perform necessary support duties including but not limited to coverage lunch recess and dismissal duties Dependable attendance according to our school calendar for core academic days and community events
