To reinforce our Supply Chain Planning Logisticsteam we are looking for a Sr. Supply Chain Data Analyst.
Job Title: Sr. Supply Chain Data Analyst
Schedule: Monday Friday 8am 5pm (must be able to work outside of these hours due to the company demands and needs)

Job Purpose
To Ensure that Ontexs supply chain operates at peak efficiency by leveraging datadriven insights. This position plays a pivotal role in analyzing supply chain metrics optimizing processes and driving strategic decisions to improve costefficiency sustainability and customer satisfaction in line with Ontexs commitment to operational excellence.
- Scope:You will analyze largescale supply chain data across multiple factories/distribution centers supporting operations that span planning procurement manufacturing logistics and distribution.
- Impact:Your insights will influence decisions affecting millions of euros in supply chain costs delivery times and inventory levels.
- Reach: The role contributes to Ontexs North Americas operations impacting our customers suppliers and internal teams.
Key Deliverables:
- Accurate and actionable reports on supply chain performance.
- Datadriven recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Insights supporting inventory optimization demand forecasting and supply planning.
Main Tasks:
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate the impact of potential changes in the supply chain.
- Provide support for strategic initiatives such as cost reduction programs.
- Work closely with IT to ensure data integrity and implement advanced analytics tools.

Complexity:
Supply chains are dynamic involving multiple interdependent factors such as fluctuating demand global logistics and regulatory constraints. The role requires managing data from diverse systems ensuring accuracy and drawing actionable insights from complexity.
ProblemSolving Approach:
- Break down complex problems using datadriven methodologies.
- Employ predictive analytics and scenario modeling to anticipate issues.
- Use innovative tools (e.g. machine learning and advanced visualizations) to uncover hidden patterns.
- Collaborate across teams to align solutions with Ontexs strategic objectives.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management Data Science Business Analytics or a related field.
- 610 years of experience in supply chain analytics logistics or a similar role.
Technical Requirements
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g.SQL Python R TableauPower BIExcel SAP.
- Solid understanding of supply chain principles and metrics.
- Exceptional problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with a resultsoriented approach.
