Job Description:
In the position of Payroll Specialist with German language skills you are involved in completing officebased administrative tasks usually relating to a backoffice or commercial function with contact with external customers. You are involved in payroll processing for employees of FedEx Germany in a monthly frequency performing checks and controls and ensure the payroll is accurate and compliant. You will be in contact with other functions for payroll processing and answer employee questions.
You are Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve.
