Job Summary:

• Performs a variety of ultrasound procedures using required ACR standards.
• Assists the Radiologist with invasive procedures when required.
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of diagnostic ultrasound image acquisition.
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of EPIC and PACS workflow.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program

Provides evidence of continuing education as required to maintain certification

Current ARDMS and CPR certification

At least two years as a diagnostic technologist/sonographer preferred but not required

Strong prioritization and triage skills are necessary to maintain a smooth workflow

Proficiency in scanning general vascular upper and lower extremity venous Doppler as well as some pediatric exams is also required.

Shift: PartTime Limited 20 24 hours per week. This position will function primarily every Saturday & Saturday from 9:00 AM 5:30 PM. Candidate is welcome to pickup additional shifts throughout the week as needed. At least 1 call shift is required per month.

Salary Range: Minimum39.75per hour Maximum65.56per hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
