Job Summary:
This role involves performing general and vascular ultrasound exams on patients of all ages in a Magnet-designated Level II Trauma acute care hospital. The Ultrasound Technician will work a 4x10 night shift (9 pm - 7 am) and is responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

Responsibilities:
- Performing general and vascular ultrasound exams.
- Working with a diverse patient population (neonates children and adults).
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment.
- Adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Documenting procedures and findings accurately.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Registered sonographer (general and vascular).
- Current BLS certification.
- ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) certification in Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- ARDMS certification in Abdomen or Obstetrics/Gynecology.
- Experience with neonatal cranial exams.
Special Considerations:
- 4x10 night shift (9 pm - 7 am).
- Weekend work required.
- No on-call requirements.
- No clinician float within scope.
- Open to accommodating block schedules.
- Preference for minimal or no Request Time Off (RTO) no holiday RTO.
- Guaranteed 60 hours per two weeks with possibility of one 12-hour shift call-off per two weeks.
- Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility.
Scheduling:
- 4x10 hour night shifts (9 pm - 7 am).
- Weekend rotation required.
- Guaranteed 60 hours bi-weekly.
- Block scheduling is possible.
- Limited RTO no holiday RTO.
