Type: Full Time base plus commission Customer Service
Salary: $13 per hour paid weekly
Job Summary:
Jay Hatfield Chevrolet GMC of Pittsburg is seeking a motivated and customer serviceoriented individual to join our team as a BDC Representative. In this role you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries and providing excellent service to our clients. This is a fulltime position that offers a base salary plus commission. The BDC Representative will report directly to the Fixed Ops Manager and HR Manager.

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat
Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns and inquiries
Assist in coordinating and scheduling appointments for customers
Maintain customer database and follow up with potential leads
Collaborate with sales team to provide support in achieving sales goals
Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and update customer information
Generate reports on customer interactions and provide analysis for continuous improvement
Stay uptodate on product knowledge and company policies to accurately answer customer questions
Handle any customer complaints and escalate to management if necessary
Participate in training and meetings to maintain product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Availability to work weekends and some evenings as needed
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
