Job Description

Educational Leader Goodstart Shailer Park $3540/hr plus Super Southern Suburbs & Logan Brisbane

Our Role: As an Educational Leader at Goodstart youll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe review and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. Youll deepen the teams understanding of child development and early years content guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team youll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

We are committed to providing a natural childhood experience where children can climb trees play in puddles and engage in creative unstructured play.
