You will be responsible for
As a Working Student in Marketing you will be an integral part of ourCustomer Success Team supporting the of marketing and communication projects. This role is ideal for students specializing in marketing or business development who want to gain practical experience and take on real responsibility.
In detail your tasks include:
In detail your tasks include:
- Writing and designing projectaccompanying newsletters and email campaigns
- Setting up project pages in our content management system
- Creating and coordinating marketing campaigns to engage investors
- Tracking key marketing metrics and analyzing performance
- Brainstorming and creating content with the team
- Helping shape the strategy of our Customer Success area
- Research and preparation of decision papers for the implementation of new tools
- Supporting personalized investor engagement by managing segmentation automation lead tracking and email campaigns in HubSpot

To be successful in this role you will need

- Structured selfmotivated and conscientious work ethic
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Knowledge of project management software (such as Asana) mailing and CRM tools is an advantage but not a prerequisite
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
