Your Role in Our Success
Were in search of a dynamic parttime receptionist to be the first point of contact in our highenergy operations. Youll be the voice and the ears of Intercity Lines ensuring seamless communication between our clients and our team.
Key Responsibilities
Masterfully handle inbound calls directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Input customer orders and details with laserlike accuracy into our stateoftheart database.
Keep our valued clients informed and uptodate on pickups deliveries and payments.
Assist our dedicated team with various tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.

Requirements
Availability on Mondays: This is a nonnegotiable aspect of the role.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate clearly and professionally over the phone and in writing.
Team Player: Must excel in a collaborative environment and contribute to team success.
PC Proficiency: High level of comfort with computer operations including Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
DetailOriented: Exceptional attention to detail especially when entering data and managing customer information.
FastPaced Experience: Previous experience in a highvolume fastpaced setting is highly desirable.
Customer Service Aptitude: A natural ability to keep customers informed and satisfied throughout the service process.
