JOB PURPOSE To drive employee growth and organizational success through impactful learning experiences. The L&D Consultant partners with stakeholders to address capability gaps implement training strategies and measure their impact using industrystandard methodologies. Note This is a work from office role which is a UK shift starting from 12.30 pm & 1.30 pm during daylight Saving. JD Consultant Learning and Development Page 2 of 4 PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Training Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with business units and senior leadership. Identify capability gaps and propose tailored L&D interventions. Program Design and Development: Design and develop engaging highquality learning content including eLearning modules digital learning and bitesized content. Maintain and update existing sessions courses and programs to ensure alignment with current business goals. Leverage eLearning tools video capturing tools and content editing software to create interactive content. Implement social learning methods and the 70/20/10 learning model. Delivery and Facilitation: Deliver virtual and inperson training sessions as required. Act as a consultative partner providing bestpractice L&D advice to business teams. Work with external training providers and internal subject matter experts to design learning interventions. Learning Management System (LMS): Administer configure and maintain the LMS or other learning platforms. Deploy content via LMS and SharePoint ensuring accessibility and user engagement. Evaluate new LMS features and implement enhancements. Evaluation and Reporting: Measure the effectiveness of learning programs using Kirkpatricks evaluation model. Generate detailed reports on user engagement and learning outcomes. Use analytics to refine training strategies and maximize ROI. Collaboration and Support: Partner with HR and Talent teams to align learning initiatives with organizational goals. Support global L&D projects and provide ad hoc assistance to regional teams. Develop strong working relationships with external training providers and internal SMEs. Implement practical learning solutions that address both immediate and longterm needs. DESIRED PROFILE QUALIFICATION Masters degree in human resources Business Psychology or a related field. Relevant learning and development certification SKILLS Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding instructional facilitation and presentation skills. Strong client relationship management abilities. Excellent analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and elearning authoring tools. Flexibility and adaptability to work in midshift timings. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Minimum of 10 years of experience in Learning and Development with at least 5 years as a Trainer or similar capacity. Demonstrated capability in managing training programs endtoend. Proven ability to develop and deliver innovative learning solutions.
