Qualifications Skills Experience and Subject Matter Expertise
Demonstrable experience working in a governance and/or risk management capacity involving Artificial Intelligence solutions (e.g. potentially alongside other types of models);
Familiarity with regulatory requirements relating to AI and model risk management (e.g. SR117 SS 1/23 the EU AI Act)
Demonstrable ability to take ownership of complex tasks and see them through from initiation to completion.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal);
A keen eye for visual presentation and the effective communication of data (e.g. in the context of Management Reporting / meeting packs);
Proven ability to work to tight timelines juggle multiple projects / deliverables and reprioritise their workload as necessary.
Previous experience with / knowledge of AI/ML model development and risk management desirable.
Degrees certifications or online coursework in Data Science and/or AI highly desirable.
Handson familiarity with Python desirable but not required.
