Preferred Qualifications
Supervisory experience in a high volume food service establishment including planning forecasting ordering and budgeting. Experience in college/university food service. Experience with a menu management system. Experience in hiring training employee relations coaching and team building. Verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of proper sanitation safety and health codes. Proficiency in the use of computers and have the ability to learn new software programs. Experience with beginner word processing spreadsheet and email.
Work Schedule
40 hours per week; work hours may vary based on business needs; work schedule may include nights weekends and holidays. May be required to work some overtime
