Join our team as a Supply Planning Manager and you will:
Be responsible and accountable to ensure stable levelled production planning and who meet customer demand on time along with optimized cash and cost for the full planning horizon 24 months).
Work with demand planner customer desk vendor scheduler warehousing team to roll out production plan and monitor its adherence & its reportings
Drive operational excellence to achieve organization objective.
Lead and coordinate crossfunctionally for production plan adherence timely escalation and support on capacity allocation manpower planning with plant team.
What youll do:
Coordinate and lead supply planning processes for production plans.
Lead a team of planners and schedulers using the o9 Integrated Planning Tool.
Manage planning activities at European and India plants including SIOP demand production and shipping planning.
Create and maintain a Master Production Schedule to balance supply and demand.
Ensure accurate planning data through crossfunctional interaction and defined processes.
Communicate weekly Master Production Schedules to production teams.
Lead weekly production meetings and coordinate of daily and weekly production plans.
Prepare and share monthly sales inventory and operations plans.
Monitor and adjust plans to meet SIOP targets.
Coordinate production plans during crisis management.
Involved in new product introductions and coordinate with supply chain team members.
Support major production transfers and introduction of new applications.
Plan production and raw materials according to equipment transfers and safety stock.
Manage Finished Goods (FG) inventory to maximize customer satisfaction and adhere to strategic initiatives.
Analyze daily deliveries delivery performance and FG inventory levels.
Prepare planning and scheduling reports to measure schedule adherence and customer logistics performance.
