Job Description
What you will do
Working Foreman must be a skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of five 5 years actual practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller plumbing pipefitting and /or mechanical equipment service industry.
How you will do it
A selfstarter who must be able to lead a project team of technicians. Interaction with customers attention to detail in quoting jobs scheduling technician hours promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position. Must be computer literate with necessary ability to develop close and manage all types of quoted work.
What we look for
Required
Mechanical Journeyman License
5 years of commercial HVAC experiences mechanical troubleshooting experience.
Valid drivers license appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants boiler and steam operational & service knowledge.
Good verbal and written communication skills
