Senior Executive Assistant with German
Location: Wrocaw Warszawa
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote
Employment type: fulltime contract

We are looking for Germanspeaking candidates who would like to perform various administrative tasks and support our internal client.

Your key responsibilities
Senior Executive Assistant performs administrative and project management duties as a part of standard EA scope such as:
- Calendar and meeting management
- Travel and expenses management
- Agenda and meeting minutes preparation
- Various reporting and ownership of internal files
- Preparing relevant communication reports and presentations
- Distribution lists management
- SharePoint ownership
- Other administrative and adhoc tasks
- Understanding and recognizing the business needs of our clients
- Delivering the highest standard of support as a first point of contact
Additionally Senior Executive Assistant assists Teams Supervisor in:
- Developing and maintaining exceptional and strong relationships with clients
- Designing and coordinating onboarding process of new joiners
- Assisting and overseeing team members with process and daily work related challenges and queries
- Daily administrational and process related activities
- Leading team meetings and various projects
Skills and attributes for success
- You are fluent in German and English languages (B2/C1 level)
- You enjoy performing various administrative tasks
- You are very proactive and open minded
- You can work as individual contributor and within a team
- You have experience in team coordination
To qualify for the role you must have
- Customer orientation
- Attention to details
- Excellent communications and organizational skills
- Ability to engage in highly confidential discussions and maintain trust in all interactions
Ideally youll also have
- Welldeveloped ownership skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (ExcelPowerPoint and Outlook)
- Professional experience in administrative support (this will be an additional advantage)
