Job Description
Business Analyst (Vital Records / Health Information Systems)
Long Term Contract
Need Overall 10Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects is must.
- 8 years of Knowledge of and ability to interpret Texas Vital Statistics laws policies procedures and regulations.
- 8 years of Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint Project and Visio).
- 8 years in project planning and organization Skill
- 8 years of Proficiency in business analysis methodologies
- 8 years of Ability to analyse and evaluate complex IT applications policies and issues.
- 8 years of Skill in developing creative and workable solutions to complex problems.
- 8 years of Excellent verbal and written communication skills with individuals and groups.
- Initiative independent judgment and time management skills including task prioritization and ability to direct others work.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships including under pressure and when resolving conflicts.
- Ability to read interpret and understand material in order to prepare concise reports or appropriate responses.
- Skill in gathering organizing and analysing facts recommending solutions and resolving workrelated problems.
- Experience maintaining statistical and accounting records and producing data summaries.
- Ability to manage small to mediumsized projects.
- Ability to create project work plans.
- Ability to produce accurate work estimates and monitor project progress.
- Business analysis methodologies
- Writing and managing user stories test cases and use cases
- Creating detailed documentation (specifications data mapping)
- Experience with tools: Tableau Cognos JIRA HP ALM
- Leading UAT preparing test plans
- Workflow analysis and documentation
- Meeting facilitation and small team leadership
- IT application understanding and process improvement
