In this role you will use datadriven insights and thoughtful account strategies to identify growth opportunities and optimize revenue working closely with key partners to enhance performance. What youll be doing

• Cultivate Deep Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor by building and nurturing longterm partnerships with major mobile game and app developers ensuring a deep understanding of their business models and challenges.
• Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that identify and seize opportunities to transform client success
• Leverage a Robust Portfolio: Utilize Unitys expansive ad monetization solutionsincluding Unity Levelplay Unity Network ironSource and Tapjoy Offerwallto optimize revenue streams and drive client performance.
• DataDriven Insights: Analyze key performance indicators (revenue ARPDAU engagement metrics) to uncover trends and innovate strategic improvements that directly impact growth.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teamssales product development technical support and business intelligenceto ensure seamless and deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.
• Optimize Integrations: Continuously review and enhance partnership integrations offering strategic recommendations that keep clients ahead in a competitive marketplace

What were looking for

• ClientFacing Expertise: Demonstrated success in a customerfacing role within digital advertising ad monetization or mobile AdTech with experience managing and growing multimilliondollar accounts.
• Effective Communication & Technical Savvy: Excellent verbal written and presentation skills coupled with the ability to clearly articulate both strategic and technical concepts.
• Analytical & Strategic Acumen: Read into datasets and extract insights and recommendations to guide innovative account strategies to drive revenue growth
• Resilience in a Dynamic Environment: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced setting while remaining solutionoriented
• Passion for Innovation: A genuine enthusiasm for the gaming and adtech industries with a proactive mindset dedicated to continuous improvement and industryleading strategies.
