We are seeking a passionate and client-focused
CLIENT ADVISOR LUXURY RETAIL (m/w/d)
Key Responsibilities- Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience in-store.
- Present collections with storytelling and product expertise.
- Build lasting relationships with local and international clients using CRM tools and follow-up practices.
- Support store events styling appointments and brand activations.
- Contribute to the achievement of individual and collective sales goals.
- Maintain impeccable store standards and stock presentation.
Qualifications- 35 years of experience in luxury fashion or high-end retail.
- Strong presentation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in German and English; Mandarin or Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Passion for fashion style and luxury client service.
- Team-oriented respectful and emotionally intelligent.
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods.
