Hiring for Starch powder liquid Glucose Manufacturing Industry
Position: Production Assistant Manager & Supervisor
(Products liquid Glucose Sorbital DMH DAH M alto Destine)
Education: B.E chemical/ Bcs Chemistry
Experience: Min2 to 8 Years in a chemical factory Food Industry and Pharma Industry
Job Description:
- Plan and execute production plan to meet marketing requirements following cGMP standards and meet regulatory requirements.
- Prepare/review BMR Master formula records reports & Protocols.
- Coordinate and support QA in various QMS activities pertaining to production
- Preparation of SOPs and training of production employees to meet the standards required
- Conduct process validations cleaning validations
- Troubleshoot during manufacturing operations
- Evaluate the opportunities for improvement of production and process and implement in consideration with relevant stakeholders through effective utilization of manpower equipment facilities materials and capital.
- Reducing time cycles improving yields and solvent recoveries in coordination with the R & D department
- Coordinate with relevant teams and ensure material is dispatched as per schedules.

- Innovative Confident and knowledgeable
- Proven expertise in API Manufacturing technology deployment plant utilization and production initiatives.
- Ensure all the EHS parameters are followed in manufacturing areas
- Indepth knowledge of GMP Quality principles concepts industry practices and standards
Salary: 22000/ to 35000/
Location: Dondaicha MIDC Dhule
