Responsibilities

Minor maintenance including light electrical plumbing janitorial painting some carpentry and grounds work
Maintain a clean and a safe work space
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

A drivers license and clean driving record is required
Familiarity with handheld tools and equipment
Deadline and detailoriented
Ability to handle physical workload
Well organized enjoy working with the public able to work alone or as part of a team
