Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Sheet Metal Worker to join our team. This role offers an hourly rate in the region of 1617 will go up to 18.50 per hour with overtime at x 1.5. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general engineering duties including countersinking fettling riveting and assembly with the opportunity for training to operate an Amada CNC punching machine.

- Perform general engineering duties such as countersinking fettling riveting and assembly
- Work with precision and adhere to tight tolerances and time schedules
- Understand and interpret engineering drawings
- Work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Opportunity for training to operate an Amada CNC punching machine
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of extensive experience
- Good allround knowledge of sheet metal processes
- Ability to work with precision and adhere to tight tolerances and time schedules
- Proficiency in understanding and interpreting engineering drawings
- Capability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
Daytoday
The basic hours for this role are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm 39 hours). Additionally there are 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays with flexibility to start from 6:30 am and finish from 10 am on Fridays.
