Essential Functions:
- Lead the charge in identifying and solving complex manufacturing problems to boost efficiency and enhance product quality.
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to tackle production challenges reduce waste and streamline operations.
- Foster a collaborative environment to solve crossfunctional manufacturing issues with innovative engineering solutions.
- Balance a handson approach to problemsolving with the ability to manage and uphold operational standards.
- Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analyses to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and other problemsolving methodologies to drive operational advancements.
- Interpret and analyze technical data to ensure manufacturing outcomes align with stringent customer and internal standards.
- Craft detailed reports and actionable insights from complex data to guide decisionmaking and continuous improvement efforts.
- Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance.
- Travel: 10.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 6years of prior Manufacturing Engineering experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4years of prior Manufacturing Engineering experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 10years of prior Manufacturing Engineering experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- PLC/Automation experience is preferred.
- GUI programming is preferred.
