TechnoFunctional Manager Insurance 8 years experience
Ability to lead large scale data migration & modernization projects in the insurance domain. Possess the key functional knowledge of various actuarial and financial aspects of insurance. Strong cloud data engineering skills with handson development experience in designing cloud Data Lakes managing data flows that integrate data from various source systems implementing data pipelines based on the ETL / ELT model.
Desirable Skill Set :
Acquire knowledge and remain well versed with products regulations and guidelines in the insurance domain.
Working knowledge of insurance policy administration systems
Understand Insurance domain regulations (IFRS4 IFRS17 LDTI) and advise clients on the implementation.
Work closely with client actuarial & modeling teams (valuation modeling experience studies etc.
Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and Expert level skills in writing and optimizing SQL.
Experience implementing a data lake architecture & enterprise data solutions.
Good To have skills:
Experience with cloud data engineering & development toolset on at least one among Azure / AWS / GCP platforms
Handson programming experience in one or more languages (Python Java Scala)
Experience with Agile methodology CI/CD automation.
