Rain Bird is looking for a Enterprise Architect of Back Office Systems to join our team.
The Enterprise Architect ofBack Office Systems defines maintains and align backofficeapplications toEA goals principles & guardrails.
Responsibilities
Position key responsibilities include:
- Define and maintain the architecture for backoffice applications ensuring alignment with the Rain Birds enterprise architecture goals principles and guardrails.
- Assess the existing backoffice application portfolio identify opportunities for consolidation modernization and optimization.
- Collaborate with IT leaders and managers to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of backoffice applications anddata with other enterprise systems applications and technologies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies tools and platforms relevant to backoffice systems.
- Engage with business stakeholders ITteams and external vendors to understand business requirements identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment of backoffice systems with business needs.
- Enforce governance processes policies and standards for backoffice systems.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with backoffice systems including data security privacy and compliance risks.
- Create and maintain documentation guidelines and architectural artifacts related to backoffice systems.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include:
- Indepth knowledge and experience 6 years) in enterprise architecture & frameworks and information technology preferably in the manufacturing and software industries.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect with a focus on backoffice systems.
- Strong knowledge of backoffice applications such as ERP CRM and other enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in application integration patterns protocols and technologies.
- Experience in evaluating and selecting technologies tools and platforms for backoffice systems.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders demonstrating the business value of enterprise architecture initiatives.
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
Desired qualifications include:
- Certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g. TOGAF) etc.
Pay Transparency
- Salary range for candidates based in California: $143202.51 min to $214803.76 max
- Salary range for candidates based in Colorado or New York CIty and New York State: $133834.12 min to $200751.18 max
- Salary ranges include base salary and annual incentive bonus if applicable.
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills experience and location.
