You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Programme ofRetail Fundraising Division is aimed at obtaining support from individualdonors who can contribute between INR 20000 1 lac in the form of donationsto the cause of the organization. The Senior Manager Key Donors & WorkPlace Giving will be primarily responsible for the scaling up the programme and monitoring its progress and expansion in line with the overallstrategy of the division.
The individual will work towardsacquiring and expanding the Key donor base for the organization and for thepositioning of WWF India under this segment.
The concerned person will also beresponsible for driving and managing Work place Giving and meet desiredtargets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Programme Development &Implementation
(A) KEY DONORS:
Scale up programme with focuson new acquisition manage daytoday operations and oversee its expansionaccording to the defined strategy/plan.
Conceptualize and implementinnovative multichannel strategies for acquisition retention and expansion ofdonors base.
Develop and manage the annualplan budget reporting and analysis for the programme.
Monitor the programmesprogress and recommend changes to its design and strategy based on data driveninsights and best practices in the industry.
Ensure goals are met infundraising targets.
Create awareness about themidlevel supporter fundraising through training and collaboration.
(B) WORK PLACE GIVING:
To acquire new partnerships forWork Place Giving Channel of funds & meet desired targets.
Approach corporates and seekpermissions to get regular donations from employees via payroll or onlinegiving platforms.
Communication Outreach &Stakeholder Management
Manage external communicationand build relationships with donors via different channels.
Maintain the quality ofcommunication with donors through regular monitoring and training.
Develop outreach plans thatdemonstrate appreciation recognition and engagement of donors.
Collaborate with relevantinternal teams on creative design messaging and data segmentation for midlevel prospect communications
Collaborate with Marketing& Communications team to get the collaterals developed for Work PlaceGiving.
Team Management
Responsible for managing anddriving a team of 45 people and ensure that they are meeting their defineddeliverables.
Define clear performanceobjectives for the team members and monitor them in real time.
Develop team members throughcoaching mentoring and constructive feedback mechanisms.
Create and maintain a healthyworking environment in the programme. Manage conflicts and grievance in theteam.
