The role involves leading the Sales & Marketing Management strategy to guide activities like business development product and brand profitability (P&L) and brand licensing aligning them with the companys financial objectives and group policies. It includes designing and implementing marketing strategies overseeing policies and processes to ensure that marketing efforts support the growth of the companys products and brands.
Additionally the role is responsible for planning sales and business development activities including forming partnerships through alliances channels and networks. A key focus is managing brand licensing to ensure that the brand expands while maintaining quality standards. The position also requires delivering processes that meet product and brand sales volume and profit targets along with evaluating and managing the product and brand P&L through budgeting expenditures and ROI assessment. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is also a critical aspect of the role.
