Job Description
The opportunity
Energy & Utilities have an opportunity available for an experienced Supervisorto join the Telecommunications & Metering team supporting the Telstra Fixed Networks (TFN) contract.
You will be based in our High Wycombe office with the opportunity for WFH and flexible working arrangements. Please note this role has a field component and requires travel to multiple site locations therefore a Tool of Trade Vehicle will be provided.
What youll do
- Own the operational and administrative supervision of our contractors site works and public interface.
- Ensure compliance to the contract in line with the Downer Standard.
- Lead support and implement Downers Zero Harm strategy and processes across the entire contract.

What were looking for
We are seeking an individual with a cando approach and willingness to learn. The successful candidate will preferably have experience in a similar supervision role within the telecommunications or utilities industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highpressure work environment with constantly changing and competing priorities within tight deadlines.
- In depth knowledge of Telstra SORs preferred.
- A sound understanding of productivity requirements for networkconstruction.
- Strong knowledge of client network (Telstra & NBN) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of client WIS and Construction Methodology.
