The position / About the Job:
In this job the Thermal Design Engineer would be responsible for:
Key Tasks and responsibilities:
- To design Welded Plate Heat Exchangers / Spiral Heat Exchangers / Printed Circuit Heat Exchangers during bidding stage based on Customer datasheet and project specification with utilizing Inhouse designing tool and in cooperation with the Engineering and Operations
- Fulfil regulations and guidelines connected to the heat exchanger design based on project specificrequirements and applicable code and standard
- To assist Bid Engineers and Sales Engineer during bid clarification stage attending meeting (Remotely) for thermal related subjects
- To support Project team for design related matters during phase
Your background
- Engineering background preferably with at least 23 years of experience in the field of Thermal Design of heat exchangers
- Preferably with Process & Application knowledge in one of the following Heavy industries: Oil & Gas Chemical Power Pulp & Paper Metal Mining etc.
- Basic knowledge of Standards & Codes for pressure vessels (ASME/PED)
- Ability of working individually and independently as well as in team
- Fluent in English
