Qualis LLC is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team and support various engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing documenting and maintaining engineering processes to ensure effective integration of systems across multiple disciplines and organizations.
Requirements:
Design and analyze space systems including satellites launch vehicles and ground support equipment.
Conduct trade studies to evaluate system performance and optimize design solutions.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to define system requirements interfaces and specifications.
Plan and oversee system integration and testing to ensure compliance with project milestones.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system design testing and operational procedures.
Support mission operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise during launch and inspace operations.
Define organizational systems engineering processes such as requirements or interface management
Capable of largely operating independently in response to highlevel guidance and direction from the Government.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in science technology engineering or mathematics
Minimum of 10 years experience with satellite systems
Technical and analytic understanding of satellite and ground system interaction
Experience in systems engineering
Ability to work in fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills.
TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in STEM (science technical engineering math) or related discipline
