About the role:
Based in our People & Culture team at our industry leading site in Epping the position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting Repurpose It by delivering an internal endtoend recruitment service to the organisation. Repurpose It is proudly made up of a diverse workforce across bluecollar and professional roles with the majority of our recruitment needs being in the bluecollar operational space. Travel is required on an ad hoc basis as the role is responsible for supporting the recruitment activities across all sites which includes our Hallam and Montrose locations.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Providing an endtoend internal recruitment service across all Repurpose It sites that includes drafting and posting job advertisements shortlisting and reviewing CVs phone screening interviewing coordinating preemployment checks and offer and regrets
- Partnering with hiring managers to develop an indepth understanding of business units in order to deliver candidates suited to their needs
- Keeping abreast of recruitment trends tools and advertising methods
- Assisting with ongoing reviews of recruitment procedures the development and continuous improvement of recruitment procedures
- Weekly recruitment status reporting
- Building relationships and partnerships with key community and industry bodies
- Involvement in attraction initiatives and projects
About you:
This position would be suitable someone with demonstrated success in a similar role who has a proactive processdriven nature combined with exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills.
