We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Senior Manager of Engineering and Software Development to lead our talented engineering team.
You will be reporting to the Senior Director youll be responsible for:
- Providing leadership and mentoring to build highperforming DevOps Development and QA teams while fostering collaboration innovation and excellence
- Defining and implement the technical roadmap and architecture to support business goals and scalability with a tight control on techdebt
- Overseeing the software development lifecycle to deliver quality products and aligning technical solutions with product and user needs
- Defining best practices and processes to ensure reliable software manage SaaS KPIs and enforce industrystandard automation for builds and releases
What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 10 years of overall experience and 3 years of managing a team of engineers working in databases cloud or distributed domains
- Experience in developing and managing largescale highly available distributed systems
- Profound expertise in software development methodologies programming languages (e.g. Java Go etc) cloud technologies and scalable architectures
- Proven track record of leading and inspiring engineering teams driving innovation and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication strategic thinking and problemsolving skills to bridge technical concepts with business goals
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in developing core infrastructure platform and shared services
- Experience with design/architectural patterns and automation platforms
