Inviting applications for the role of Collections I2C Senior Process Associate English Hybrid Bucharest
The purpose of this position is to communicate verbally and in written with the end customers and the related departments in the customer organization to ensure all accounts receivables collections operations are performed in line with the Standard Operating Procedures and Work instructions.
What will your daytoday role involve
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have good understanding on some key critical metrics like Days to Collect collection efficiency Un allocated cash and Un applied cash;
Issuing checking and sending dunning letters/Collection letters;
English language interaction with end customers via Calls/ Emails for collecting pass due amounts;
Verbal & Written communication with related internal departments (Customer Service escalation to Local Business);
Tracking and reporting collection performance;
Identify and register in the Collections Tracker the disputes;
Research and validate disputed items;
Route dispute to appropriate action owner for resolution;
Perform Audit and JSOX controls related activities;
Updating the standard operating procedures quarterly;
Escalating of all unsolved/unclear issues to the internal Genpact management team;
Meeting AR Cash App & collections numbers/targets (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly);
Participate in governance meetings at country / region level. And ensure right collaboration with the team members accurately to meet the deliverables and motivate & help them to develop the process standards;
Identify operational improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects).
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Very good knowledge written & spoken of English language min. C1;
Good knowledge of other language B2 or better will be an advantage;
High School Degree (University graduate or Economic studies are an advantage);
Meaningful working experience in the AR field;
Accounting knowledge basic level;
Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS excel;
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Similar experience in positions requiring interaction with end customers;
Personal culture and client management expertise;
High motivation and ability to learn;
Willingness to improve through a fruitful collaboration with a worldclass customer;
ERP knowledge (E1 and experience in generating reports from ERP would be an added advantage to future candidates.
