Position Summary
The Ticket Office Assistant will support the athletic ticket office in their efforts to prepare for the upcoming school year and all athletic events. Their primary responsibilities will include answering inbound phone calls managing the ticket office email inbox and leading ticket operations for one of our Olympic Sports with assistance and guidance from fulltime staff. The position will work closely with marketing event management sports administration and The Rams Club to provide the best experience possible for patrons. As well as any other duties and projects as assigned by the Assistant Athletic Director of Ticket Operations. This position will work closely with both the ticket operations and ticket sales team.
Required Qualifications Competencies And Experience
All candidates must be organized have a strong attention to detail and be customer service oriented. They are expected to have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel.
Work Schedule
40 Hours per week Nights weekends are required and occasional overtime.
