Job Description
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in: Successfully engaging motivating and leading people. Delivering appropriate services information and technology to support and enhance success of clientele. Listening relating to and drawing together our stakeholders. Networking negotiating strategic thinking prioritizing and critical decision making. Proactively marketing NC State University Extension program successes and outcomes to broaden public support and involvement in Extensions mission vision goals and accomplishments. Program development implementation evaluation and accountability. Budget oversight accountability and management. Coordinating programs with administrators in other units both internal and external to NC State University. Providing visionary leadership to Extension and advancing its role and engagement across campus disciplines colleges and units as well as locally nationally and globally. Understanding and advocating for North Carolina agriculture.
Work Schedule
MF 85 with additional hours as necessary
