Job Description
Description of the Role:
The Parts Counter Person at Gwinnett Place Nissan in Duluth Georgia is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance in the parts department. This role requires excellent communication and organization skills and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in locating and ordering parts
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding parts availability
- Process and track parts orders
- Maintain organized inventory and ensure proper storage of parts
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any inquiries or issues
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a parts counter role
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient computer skills and ability to use inventory management software
