Audio Visual Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced AV Project Manager for our New Jersey branch in Piscataway NJ whose attitude skills and work ethic will embody our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience. Somebody who is passionate about AV a dynamic and highly organized selfstarter who isnt afraid of rolling up their sleeves to get the job done on time. They can handle all aspects of successfully executing AV integration projects but arent micromanagers. They know how to delegate responsibilities efficiently and their written and verbal communication skills are second to none. What are your responsibilities
Act as a liaison between client and technical operations staff

What are your responsibilities

Be the main POC for our clients and employees while the AV/Conference solution is being implemented.
Effectively communicate deadlines specifications and budgets to the A/V install team.
Assist A/V install staff with project completion including installation programming and punch lists.

A/V Install & Project Management:5 years minimum in AV integration required CAPM or PMP preferred.
Effectively communicate deadlines specifications and budgets to the A/V install team.

Education: Associates degree is preferred but not required. We take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.
Customer Service Experience: A must! As you can see our customers are #1 and we need someone who can take care of them.
Attitude and Aptitude: Are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.
Communication: Very important! You will be working and communicating with clients and different departments within the company. Lines of communication must be clear concise and open in order for the process to run smoothly.
