Your Tasks
- Providing functional leadership on methods tools approaches and best practices regarding analytics frontends for crossfunctional data and analytics teams
- Forming and supporting a community of frontend developers from the entire business unit (e.g. recruitment skills development best practice exchange)
- Establishing standards and tools for frontend development and promoting the implementation of appropriate practices by developing corresponding protocols and ensuring their implementation
- Collaborating with IT and business colleagues on frontend development as required to ensure the effective translation of business requirements into IT requirements
- Ensuring that all employees in the frontend community receive appropriate support to achieve the best possible work results and grow in their respective roles
- Developing managing and assessing realisable measures across business locations and functions to support continuous learning within the frontend community
- Serving as the gotoperson for the frontend development community to help solve complex problems
Your Profile
- Several years of experience (at least five years) in leading and coaching frontend development teams
- Experience in designing/developing concepts for frontends (UX UI) as well as development guidelines
- Proficiency in developing and using data visualisation tools and technologies in particular Tableau Python Dash and JavaScriptbased frameworks (e.g. React)
- Excellent coaching and capabilitybuilding skills as well as the ability to promote the growth and continuous development of a thriving community
- Good understanding of how to effectively cooperate with data engineers data scientists and other technology experts
- Expertise in how to work in an agile environmentand with agile approaches
