Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management
- Registered with PMI (Project Management Institute) and PPM (Professional Project Manager)
- SACPMP Registered
- Bachelors degree in construction management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and industry regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients contractors and team members
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong leadership and decisionmaking abilities
- Salary negotiable
