Job Summary:
The Building Maintenance Project Manager and Administrator Intern will assist in the planning coordination and of maintenance projects. This role involves administrative support project management and handson involvement in various maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and plans.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and project documentation.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
Support the team in managing budgets and tracking expenses.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of building maintenance and project management principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
