Chapel View Apartmentsis a 56unit assisted living facilitylocated in Hopkins Minnesota andis conveniently located on the bus line on a treelined street near local shops and restaurants.

Caregiver responsibilities:

As a Caregiver you will provide each resident with routine daily nursing care and services following guidelines and regulations. You will work beside other Caregivers& Nurses to assure top quality care for our residents.

Every other weekend hours: Evenings 2:45pm to 10:45pm

Caregiverskills and requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) experience preferred but not required. We will train you!
• Apassion for geriatric care.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older.
